Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Lancaster, South Carolina, for a rewarding travel contract that puts your skills to work in a fast-paced, acute care setting. This assignment features 12-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a focus on managing patient flow during busy hours. You’ll float within scope to other like units or sister facilities as needed, providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day tasks. Prior charge nurse experience and at least two years of ER nursing are preferred, but first-timers with the right attitude are welcome. Expect to work every other weekend, with a 48-hour weekly commitment, and enjoy the opportunity to leverage your ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications. The facility encourages experienced ER nurses to step into this role where your expertise helps ensure timely, quality care in a supportive environment.
