Job Description:

Join the fast-paced environment of a general emergency department as an ER Registered Nurse in Overland Park, Kansas. This 13-week temporary assignment offers three 12-hour night shifts each week, providing an opportunity to experience the unique rhythm of night nursing. You will manage a mixed patient population, including adult and pediatric cases, with responsibilities that encompass cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and respiratory support such as ventilated patients. The role requires adaptability to float within the department as needed and to handle critical scenarios like multisystem organ dysfunction. This position is ideal for seasoned ER nurses who thrive on diverse, high-stakes situations and enjoy being a vital part of a designated Primary Stroke & STEMI Center.
