Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a vibrant psychiatric unit where you'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing crucial support for adult patients with complex mental health and addiction diagnoses. Your role involves engaging with patients through de-escalation techniques, assisting with medication dispensing via Omnicell, and supporting the multidisciplinary team, including mental health technicians and a psych nurse practitioner. You'll experience a mix of routine and unpredictable moments, ensuring every shift sharpens your clinical skills while contributing meaningfully to patient recovery in a setting that values teamwork and professionalism.
