Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team at a Level III Trauma Center in Salem. This role involves providing expert care to adult patients in a 20-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), with a focus on conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac emergencies. The assignment features floating opportunities across medical and surgical units, and flexibility in shift schedules—perfect for those who enjoy variety in their day. Expect to engage in high-acuity patient care, read telemetry, and collaborate with attendings and residents in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of continuous adult ICU experience and be comfortable adapting to different patient loads—ranging from high-acuity 1:1 ratios to larger med-surg float assignments. Job Specifics:

Location: Salem, MA
Shift: 36-hour week with variable shifts, including rotating day shifts (7a-7p, 11a-11p, or 7p-7a) and fixed night shifts (non-rotating)
Duration: 13 weeks (approximately 36 hours per week)
