Job Description:

Join us as a Med Surg RN for a full-time night shift assignment at a reputable facility in Fairfield, Iowa. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care during the overnight hours, working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. This role offers a chance to experience the unique rhythm of night nursing, guiding patients and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure smooth and safe care transitions. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence recovery by providing patient education and supporting ancillary staff, all while maintaining high standards of nursing practice in a setting that values your expertise.
