Job Description:

This registered nurse position involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, formulating personalized care plans, and delivering direct nursing care during 12-hour night shifts. You will evaluate patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural domains, ensuring care aligns with physicians' orders and organizational standards. Your role includes delegating tasks, supervising team activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to adapt care plans as patient conditions evolve. You’ll document all interventions and responses accurately, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support ongoing education for staff and patients alike.
