Job Description:

This step-down Registered Nurse position offers a focused opportunity to work with patients requiring close monitoring and targeted care, primarily in a setting where EPIC experience is essential. You'll be responsible for managing stable chronic ventilators and maintaining patient flow within targeted ratios, often 1:4, with flexibility up to 1:5-6. The role involves 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift, with an assignment duration of 13 weeks. Expect to float within different campus locations based on staffing needs, supporting the nursing team in delivering safe, effective care.
