Job Description:

Join our team as a skilled Operating Room RN in Worcester, MA, where you'll play a vital role in supporting a wide range of surgical specialties, including transplant, vascular, neuro, trauma, pediatrics, and general surgery. This assignment offers the chance to work 3 days a week on 12-hour day shifts, providing ample time to explore the area or unwind. Your responsibilities will include circulating and scrub assisting in complex procedures such as liver and kidney transplants, vascular emergencies, and trauma cases. Be prepared for a comprehensive orientation that includes a medication exam—study materials will be provided, but passing the exam is essential for contract continuation. Elevated expertise in scrub techniques and familiarity with various specialties are required, along with a valid Massachusetts license.
