Job Description:

Join this NICU travel assignment in the heart of Seattle, where you'll support a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with a 77-bed capacity and an average census of 50. You'll primarily work night shifts, scheduled for 12 hours, and have the opportunity to engage in specialized neonatal care, including high-frequency ventilation, PICC line management, and high-risk deliveries. This role offers a chance to care for infants born as early as 23-24 weeks gestation, excluding ECMO, with support from a dedicated admit nurse. The assignment is set for approximately 13 weeks, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Expect to float occasionally to nearby campuses, such as Issaquah or Edmonds, but overall, you'll be part of a committed team providing essential care for the tiniest patients. Experience with neonatal procedures and a minimum of three years of NICU experience are required—it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant city while honing specialized skills.
