Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in a bustling facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. This contract offers an exciting opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts, with an ongoing commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week duration. Your role will involve confidently managing a variety of surgical cases independently, including General, Colorectal, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and ENT procedures. Be prepared for occasional emergency team rotations where your quick thinking and adaptability will be essential. Experience with EPIC systems, charge responsibilities, and at least three years of operating room RN experience—plus, ensuring you're comfortable working weekend shifts and on-call duties—are key to success in this assignment.
