Job Description:

Join us as a Radiation Therapist Manager in Lumberton, North Carolina, where you'll play a vital role in delivering advanced radiation therapy treatments. This position involves working with Elekta systems, including Elekta tables and Hexapod radiation machines, to treat a variety of cancer types—ranging from SRS to SBRT. You'll be responsible for patient support in both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a patient ratio of 2:1 while collaborating with a skilled team of support staff, including physicists, RN, dosimetrists, and licensed care providers. The role offers a steady schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no weekend or on-call duties, making it easier to enjoy your time outside of work. Your expertise with Elekta equipment, a friendly customer service attitude, and at least 2 years of experience will ensure success in this role.
