Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering direct patient care in a 38-bed Trauma Level III facility. You'll be working night shifts from 7PM to 7:30AM on a 3x12 schedule, providing critical nursing skills while maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education. This role offers an engaging opportunity to lead care efforts, delegate appropriately, and ensure safe treatment for patients experiencing urgent medical situations. Your critical thinking, quick decision-making, and leadership will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment that supports trauma, stroke, and STEMI receiving care. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ER nursing experience and be comfortable floating within different departments as needed. Familiarity with Cerner EMR and a willingness to wear black scrubs complete this comprehensive ER nursing role.
