Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel assignment as an Occupational Therapist at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, New Mexico. This role offers the chance to work in a busy acute care setting, primarily focusing on inpatient rehabilitation services for patients ages 0-99+. You will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological events like CVA and SCI, and trauma cases. The schedule features 10-hour days, Thursday through Sunday, giving you long weekends to explore the scenic surroundings and enjoy local adventures. This position is perfect for therapists with at least 2 years of acute care experience, and a strong interest in critical care or behavioral health units will be a bonus. Experience with Cerner EMR and holding a New Mexico OT license are required. Shift: 10-hour days, Thursday through Sunday (option of 5-8's W-Su or Th-M)
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed, with some overtime requiring pre-approval
