Job Description:

Join a welcoming Level III Trauma Center's 20-bed MICU, where you'll care for adult patients facing conditions such as severe substance overdoses, respiratory failure, sepsis, and cardiac emergencies. This contract offers the opportunity to work alongside attending physicians and residents around the clock, managing high-acuity cases with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:5, depending on the unit and float requirements. Your role will involve reading and interpreting tele strips, performing assessments, and supporting a diverse patient population in a fast-paced ICU environment. Floating to Med/Surg units is required, providing a variety of clinical experiences during 12-hour night shifts. Essential for success is a minimum of 2 years of adult ICU experience, proficiency in telemetry, and current Massachusetts RN licensure.
