Job Description:

Join our team as a Certified OR Tech (Surgical Tech) in Arlington, VA, for a 13-week travel assignment at VHC Health. This role offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient pavilion dedicated solely to outpatient surgeries, meaning no overnight stays or inpatient procedures. You will assist in six surgical rooms covering procedures such as general, GYN, breast/plastics, urology, orthopedics, and podiatry, with some cases involving laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques. The schedule features consistent 8-hour days, with the chance to stay late occasionally to finish surgeries—perfect for those who enjoy a predictable yet slightly flexible workday. Your expertise in scrub techniques, aseptic protocols, and a variety of surgical specialties will contribute directly to smooth and efficient operations. This role emphasizes hands-on technical skills and adherence to sterilization standards, providing a focused environment for experienced Surgical Techs committed to supporting outpatient surgical services.
