Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift, providing critical care in a fast-paced environment that keeps your skills sharp and your experience comprehensive. You'll be working across three ICU units, caring for Neuro/Stroke patients, vascular surgery cases, and multi-level back surgeries. The role involves interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, administering continuous IV sedation, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, CRRT, spinal drains, and bolts/ICP monitoring. This assignment offers a chance to float among various ICU units, offering variety and the opportunity to broaden your expertise. The facility is open to flexible scheduling of 36, 36/48, or 48 hours per week, with weekends every other week, making it manageable to balance work and personal pursuits. You’ll work in an engaging environment that emphasizes skill mastery and professional growth.
