Job Description:

Join a 20-bed MICU team that specializes in caring for critically ill patients with conditions like respiratory failure, kidney issues, liver failure, overdoses, and septic shock. This role offers the opportunity to float within the hospital and potentially to other campuses, making every shift a new challenge. You'll be responsible for providing expert care during 12-hour night shifts, ensuring precise administration of drips, and documenting in EPIC. Prior experience in large urban hospitals is essential, and familiarity with critical care protocols will help you excel. This assignment is perfect for seasoned ICU RNs who are ready to bring their skills to a facility that values dedication and expertise—not to mention, you'll be part of a team that includes care techs, transport staff, and paramedics to support your work.
