Job Description:

Join the team as a CVICU Registered Nurse and experience the rhythm of night shifts that truly test your acuity and adaptability. This role in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit offers an engaging opportunity to work with post-op cardiac patients such as those recovering from CABG, MVR, AVR, and other complex heart procedures. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced environment where managing hemodynamic instability, medications, and critical interventions is part of your daily routine. The night shift runs 12 hours, giving you quiet hours to focus deeply on patient needs, with a possibility of rotating to day shifts to keep things interesting. Your skills will ensure smooth recovery for patients requiring advanced support like ECMO, IABP, and CRRT, all while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals in a supportive setting that values expertise and proactive care.
