Job Description:
Join a staffing assignment in a high-acuity Medical Unit where you will be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as pneumonia, ARDS, Covid-19 infection, hypertension, angina, and cardiac cath patients. This role requires RN experience in a PCU setting, with the ability to titrate drips including Amiodarone, Diltiazem, DOPamine, Nitroglycerin, Lasix, and Dobutamine. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical care during a shift that starts at 6:00 pm and concludes at 6:30 am. Float requirements across facilities within Region I offer a chance to experience different hospital environments, with additional compensation for floating outside your primary facility. This position involves collaborative teamwork with 24/7 charge nurses and house supervisors, and remote monitor tech support with RN approval. On-site parking is available, and orientation tailored to this unit will help get you acclimated to your new environment.
