Job Description:

This travel nursing role involves comprehensive assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care within an acute care environment. You will evaluate patients' physical, psychological, social, and developmental needs, reviewing and interpreting diagnostics and lab data. The role requires developing individualized care plans with input from patients, families, and the healthcare team, then implementing and supervising those plans. You will communicate effectively with team members, document all activities precisely, and adapt care as patient conditions change. Participation in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives is encouraged, allowing you to contribute to better patient outcomes while enjoying a steady rhythm during 12-hour day shifts in a vibrant city known for its resilient spirit and cultural diversity.
