Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Kerrville, Texas, and experience a contract that combines professionalism with a touch of adventure. You will be working on unit 2W, providing care for a patient ratio of 1:5, in a setting that values teamwork and compassionate service. The schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts, with a 4-week rotation requiring weekend coverage—specifically, four out of eight weekends—either on Saturdays and Sundays or Fridays and Saturday nights. Floating to other units within the hospital as needed is part of the role, offering variety and growth opportunities. Your expertise in BLS, along with your active RN license, will help you thrive in this demanding yet rewarding environment, where your focus will be on supporting patients through their recovery journey.
