Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist on a 13-week travel contract in Detroit, Michigan. You'll be working the 12-hour night shift from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, providing vital life-support, resuscitation, and monitoring services to patients in both ICU and general practice units. This role involves performing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures, managing various medical gases, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll also supervise and delegate tasks to respiratory therapy staff and students, all while utilizing your expertise with tools like Cerner and high-frequency oscillating ventilators. If you're current or recent within the last year with NICU experience and possess a Michigan Respiratory Therapist license, this assignment offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills in a busy hospital environment while exploring Detroit's vibrant city life.
