Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in the ICU at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, Wisconsin. This role is perfect for experienced ICU nurses who are competent in both ICU and Med-Surg skills. You'll provide specialized care to a diverse patient population, including those recovering from joint replacements and general surgical procedures, with a dedicated unit set aside for COVID-19 patients. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with opportunities to be on call during low census periods—call pay included. This assignment offers a balanced schedule, involving weekend work approximately two out of four weekends as needed, and a holiday rotation. You'll float to nearby units when needed, providing flexibility and variety in your workday. The environment is fast-paced but rewarding, requiring resilience, assertiveness, and teamwork.
