Job Description:

This OR RN position at Mercy Hospital Joplin involves working in a busy surgical environment with 11 operating rooms, performing comprehensive perioperative care in the operating room setting. The role requires utilizing the nursing process to coordinate patient care, assist during a variety of surgical procedures, and evaluate the effectiveness of intraoperative activities. You'll be expected to maintain patient rights and confidentiality while collaborating with other healthcare team members in a fast-paced atmosphere that values precision and professionalism.
