Job Description:

Join a Phippen 6/7 Med/Surg unit dedicated to orthopedics and neuro patients, where you'll be stepping into a role that requires both technical skill and adaptability. As a Tele RN working variable shifts, you'll interpret tele strips, perform neuro assessments, and care for scheduled orthopedic, neuro, and overflow medical patients. This assignment offers the opportunity to float between day, evening, and night shifts—though nights are fixed—while engaging with a diverse patient population in a private, 32-bed unit. Your routine includes handling a patient ratio of up to 1:4 or 1:5, depending on the shift, and utilizing EPIC for charting. If you thrive in fast-paced environments requiring acute assessment skills and flexibility, this contract is a perfect fit.
