Job Description:

This neonatal nursing contract places you in a hospital setting where your expertise will shine during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You’ll be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments of neonatal patients, developing and implementing tailored care plans, and closely monitoring patient status. The role involves assisting new mothers with breastfeeding initiation and ensuring baby-friendly practices are upheld. Using your experience with EPIC, you will accurately document all aspects of care, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and contribute to a safe, organized environment. This assignment offers a chance to work in a level 3 or higher facility, where your 3-4 years of neonatal nursing experience will be fully utilized and appreciated as you support newborns and their families through detailed, hands-on patient care that makes a difference.
