Job Description:

Join a specialized hospital unit as a registered nurse in a step-down surgical transplant setting. In this role, you'll monitor post-surgical kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients, as well as evaluate pre-transplant candidates. Expect to assist physicians with examinations, administer medications, and manage intravenous infusions, all while keeping a close eye on signs of rejection or infection.
