Job Description:

Join a high-intensity ICU as a Registered Nurse, where you'll be responsible for caring for adult to geriatric patients experiencing complex conditions such as ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, post-op complications, and cardiogenic shock. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratio, occasionally managing a third patient. You'll navigate systems like Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR while providing patient-focused care during 12-hour day shifts. Flexibility is key, as floating within the facility is required to ensure optimal coverage. This assignment is an excellent fit for experienced nurses eager to make an impact in a dynamic setting while enjoying the challenge of managing diverse clinical scenarios.
