Job Description:

This PCU Registered Nurse contract offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical-surgical progressive care unit. You will be floating to a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 36/36 schedule, providing essential patient care during night shifts. The role emphasizes your skills in Med/Surg and PCU settings, with responsibilities including monitoring patient status, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure smooth operations. Floating is required, and the assignment is perfect for nurses comfortable navigating varied clinical scenarios in a supportive environment. Expect to participate in educational activities, including supporting nursing students, alongside your patient care duties. The assignment begins with online orientation and requires live oversight for specific compliance steps, setting the stage for a seamless experience.
