Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a setting that resembles a nursing home environment, caring for long-stay patients awaiting guardianship, placement, or insurance approval. In this role, you will manage a unit of 20-21 beds with an emphasis on less acute care, focusing on providing comfort and routine nursing care. The work involves partnering within a team nursing model, where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs collaborate to deliver consistent, high-quality care. This assignment offers a chance to experience a supportive, advanced practice environment with the opportunity to float across several campus locations to meet patient and unit needs.

Job Specifics:

Location: Dayton, Ohio
Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
