Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a unique opportunity to work on a specialized adolescent unit that handles patients aged 14 to 18 with complex behavioral and mental health needs, including suicidal attempts, self-injurious behaviors, bipolar disorder, ODD, and aggression. You will be on 12-hour night shifts, providing critical support in de-escalation and crisis intervention, with on-site training for crisis management and restraint procedures. The role involves coordinating with a dedicated team of mental health technicians, case managers, therapists, and security personnel in a setting focused on stabilization and patient safety. It’s an engaging environment where your skills directly contribute to positive patient outcomes, all while working in a facility equipped with advanced technology like Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing systems.
