Job Description:

Join a vibrant neuro surgical team on a 13-week night shift contract at Deaconess Gateway. This role offers an engaging opportunity to care for neuro and neuro-surgical patients, including CVAs, post-op cranis, and cerebral angiograms. You'll be performing advanced neuro assessments, NIHSS/dysphagia screens, and managing complex medication protocols like heparin titrations and blood product administration. The schedule involves 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with the possibility of floating between two nearby campuses within a short notice. This position is perfect for an experienced RN with strong critical thinking skills, recent EPIC charting experience, and at least two years of neuro experience.
