Job Description:

Join a vital team as a PCU Float Registered Nurse, where your ability to adapt and float between units keeps the flow of quality patient care steady. This role primarily supports Med Surg with an 84-hour biweekly schedule, complemented by a 72-hour guarantee. Expect to work a 36/48-hour alternating schedule that ensures variety and flexibility. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment that values experience, with at least two years of nursing practice and travel experience preferred. Epic system familiarity is a plus. Be prepared to work weekends as needed—most weekends during the contract, with possible block schedule accommodations but no set schedules. This position offers a chance to experience diverse hospital units and develop a wide range of clinical skills in a supportive setting.
