Job Description:

This ICU contract position in Fergus Falls offers a chance to step into a high-acuity environment where you'll manage a variety of complex cases, including stroke, STEMI, and non-STEMI patients. As a critical care nurse, you'll be responsible for caring for approximately two patients per shift, utilizing your skills to monitor and administer medications such as Cardizem, Insulin, Propofol, and Vasopressors. The role includes working in a team that observes strict protocols with certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Expect to work 12-hour rotating shifts, either 07:00-19:30 or 19:00-07:30, and be part of a schedule that includes every other weekend and seven major holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to experience a well-structured environment with specific orientation, and you'll be on call for RT emergencies with a quick response requirement. You'll enjoy a balanced mix of responsibilities and the chance to develop your expertise further in this fast-paced, rewarding setting.
