Join the specialized team working in a high-acuity Cardiothoracic ICU, where you'll be responsible for managing complex post-surgical cardiac and thoracic patients, including those who have undergone heart or lung transplants. Your days will involve operating advanced medical devices like the NextStage CVVH machine while utilizing Epic electronic health records to document and coordinate care. This role demands technical proficiency, especially in telemetry and arrhythmia management, with a focus on delivering top-tier care in a fast-paced setting that values precision and a proactive approach.
