Job Description:

Join a vibrant hospital team in Augusta, Georgia, as a PCU float registered nurse performing 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll work across Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Units, providing vital support to adult and geriatric patients. Your responsibilities will include floating between units, managing patient conditions within a variety of diagnoses, and ensuring smooth unit operations—all while navigating the hospital's Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems. You’ll get the chance to experience a diverse clinical environment where adaptability and teamwork are key. The schedule involves every other weekend, with flexibility around major holidays, and a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week.
