Join a vibrant team as a Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse in Huntington, West Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy short-term acute care hospital that serves as a teaching facility and Level II Trauma center. You'll provide patient care in a fast-paced environment, floating within scope to meet hospital needs. The position involves 12-hour night shifts, and you'll be expected to work weekends, including four Saturdays and four Sundays. This assignment is perfect for nurses with at least one year of experience, especially those with strong orthopedic backgrounds and Cerner charting skills. Travelers may request time off for major holidays, though approval remains at the hospital's discretion.
