Job Description:

Join a busy medical-surgical unit in a well-respected hospital, where you'll be providing critical care across a variety of patient conditions. This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, on a unit that primarily manages CHF, acute MI's, post-device care, arrhythmias, and general surgery patients such as those with ostomies or undergoing reconstruction. You'll be charting with EPIC and handling patient ratios that can range from 1:5 to 1:7. The ideal traveler is adaptable, experienced in high-volume settings, and comfortable floating between units as needed—no two days are alike here. This assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working in a hospital that emphasizes teamwork and quick thinking.
