Job Description:

This contract position involves working as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Pediatrics within a hospital setting, primarily in the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units. You'll be responsible for providing advanced respiratory support to newborns and young children, including ventilator management, airway care, and respiratory assessments. The role requires flexibility, as you'll also float between NICU, PICU, and Pediatric departments based on the hospital’s needs. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts every other weekend, offering a unique rhythm that balances work and rest. This assignment offers the chance to apply your specialized pediatric respiratory skills while experiencing the vibrant healthcare community in Indianapolis.
