Job Description:

Join our outpatient rehabilitation team for an engaging physical therapy contract in Florissant, MO. As a PT, you'll primarily focus on one-on-one patient sessions, with 14 evaluations scheduled weekly alongside treatements. Your days will be structured around either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, offering flexibility to suit your preferences. Expect to perform evaluations lasting 60 minutes and treatment sessions generally around 30 minutes, with some extending up to 60 minutes depending on patient needs. Chart review is built into your daily routine, with dedicated time to ensure documentation is thorough. The setting boasts a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neuro, pelvic health, lymphedema, vestibular, and chronic pain cases. You'll collaborate with a specialized team, including orthopedic physicians and therapists of various disciplines, in a supportive, outpatient environment. Training on Epic EMR will be provided during orientation, which includes hospital and departmental sessions before patient care begins.
