Job Description:

Join our team on a 40-bed Medical-Surgical unit that specializes in caring for adults with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including sepsis, respiratory issues, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine problems, cardiac diseases, and COVID-19. This role involves managing titratable drips, chest tubes, tracheostomies, complex wound care, post-bariatric procedures, high oxygen delivery systems, and providing compassionate end-of-life care. As part of a pioneering team-based care model introduced in January 2025, you'll collaborate with Lead Nurses, Virtual Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, care techs, and transport teams to deliver top-tier patient care efficiently and effectively. Expect to float within scope to meet hospital needs, including potential assignments at other units and campuses, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.
