Job Description:

Join our team on a step-down unit at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, where your expertise as a registered nurse will be essential in caring for patients recovering from intensive treatments. This role involves floating to related units J1-2, E20IB, J33, and the Emergency Department to support the same patient population, providing variety and a broader clinical experience. You'll work 3x12-hour night or day shifts on a rotating schedule, giving you the opportunity to enjoy flexible time off. This assignment is perfect for nurses with at least 18 months of recent step-down experience and a valid Ohio or compact state license. Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS is required, along with ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation. Expect to work at least every other holiday, contributing to the ongoing care of your patients in a fast-paced environment that values your skill and dedication.
