Job Description:

This surgical tech role is centered around supporting a busy operating room environment in Soldotna, Alaska. You’ll be working primarily during overnight shifts, with the opportunity to scrub independently after a brief orientation. Your focus will be on assisting with a variety of procedures including urology, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, spine, robotic-assisted surgeries, ENT, and endoscopy. The job involves preparing surgical instrumentation, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring all equipment and devices are properly set up for each case. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced setting, and a solid understanding of surgical instruments and sterilization processes.
