This ICU transfer coordination role at Aspirus Wausau involves managing patient movements across a network of 16 hospitals. You'll be the key communicator, facilitating transfers, admissions, and discharges with precision and care. Expect to coordinate complex patient transfers, communicate effectively with multiple disciplines, and utilize EPIC charting to ensure seamless transitions.
