Job Description:
This travel contract positions you within a bustling Emergency Department that handles a wide range of urgent cases, including strokes, heart failure, arrhythmias, respiratory emergencies, and trauma incidents. You'll be performing critical tasks such as cardiac rhythm interpretation, managing critical care drips, ventilator management, and administering thrombolytics like TNK/TPA. The role offers a hands-on experience with high patient acuity, requiring quick decision-making and confidence in an environment that is fast-paced yet supportive, with elements that will keep you engaged and challenge your skills. Expect to work alongside seasoned support staff, including CNAs, phlebotomists, and resource nurses, all committed to delivering excellent urgent care. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to sharpen your emergency expertise while working in a dynamic setting with the latest technology and equipment, including Epic EMR and Phillips monitors.
