Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry RN in Columbus, Ohio, where your expertise supports adult and geriatric patients navigating complex cancer treatments. This 16-week contract offers a chance to work in a dedicated oncology unit that manages a broad spectrum of solid tumor cancers, from diagnosis through to end-of-life care. You'll spend your nights monitoring telemetry more than just a heartbeat—they are vital in tracking and responding to patients' cardiac status during their cancer journey. With a focus on infection prevention and fall risk management, this role keeps you engaged and alert, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Shifts are 12 hours long, occurring overnight, giving you plenty of time to explore your surroundings once off duty. On this assignment, you can expect to handle a heavy patient load similar to a high-functioning medical-surgical environment but with specialized cancer care protocols.
