Job Description:

Join the Surgical Medical Care Center team as an MS RN during night shifts, where you'll step into the role of a post-surgical specialist. Your evenings will be filled with managing patients who have undergone procedures like Whipple surgeries, vascular interventions, and heart caths, ensuring they recover safely and comfortably. You will be responsible for tasks such as PIV insertion, chest tube management, wound care, and administering blood products, all while coordinating care in a fast-paced environment that demands sharp assessment skills and quick thinking. The unique challenge of float requirements within the campus and to nearby facilities ensures you'll stay adaptable and engaged. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a 13-week contract offering a chance to make a real impact in this exciting setting.
