Job Description:

This contract position places you directly into the heart of cardiac catheterization procedures in a busy lab setting. As a Cath Lab RN, you'll be responsible for assisting with a variety of complex interventions, including heart catheterizations, angios, drain and line placements, and temporary pacemaker insertions. Your expertise in reading tele strips, titrating drips, and managing IV medications will be essential to ensuring smooth and efficient procedures. You'll work alongside charge nurses and techs in two labs, guiding pre and post-procedure care during day shifts, with occasional on-call responsibilities on weeknights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
