Job Description:

This RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) position offers a unique opportunity to assist in surgical procedures, supporting the operating room team with advanced perioperative tasks. You will work primarily during day shifts, with a schedule of four 9-hour shifts, including occasional float to pre/post-op areas and to Beacon Dowagiac on Mondays for surgical cases. The role focuses on enhancing surgical outcomes through skilled assistance and requires a minimum of one year of experience. Shift: 8-hour days, 07:00 - 16:00
Duration: 13 weeks (approximately 40 hours per week)
