Job Description:

This contract opportunity is perfect for registered nurses experienced in telemetry and geriatric care, looking to make a meaningful impact on the elderly patient population. You'll be working on the ACE (Acute Care for the Elderly) unit, a specialized 26-bed area dedicated to patients aged 65 and older. Your duties will include managing telemetry monitoring, performing IV starts, blood product administration, and responding to dysrhythmias, all while providing compassionate, geriatric-focused care. The shifts are 12 hours long during the day, giving you ample time to enjoy the vibrant surroundings once your workday wraps up. If you enjoy the challenge of float assignments, you'll have the opportunity to work across different units as needed, always within your scope of competency.
